Breathe With Me is a 3-month container
where we practice together.
Not perfectly.
Not intensely.
And consistently.
Inside, you’ll learn:
How to ground your system (Base breath)
How to energize and activate (Rapid breath)
How to create balance and calm (Alternate breath)
How to deepen and expand (Holds)
Layer by layer.
At a pace your body can gently integrate.
How this is different.
This isn’t something you learn once and try to remember.
It’s something you return to.
Not a one-time session.
Not information to take in.
Not something to get “right.”
This is a practice.
A rhythm your body begins to recognize.
A space you come back to—again and again.
Where breath becomes familiar.
And in that familiarity…
things begin to shift.
