From the outside, it may look like everything is handled. But internally, it can feel chaotic — like your energy is stretched thin, your thoughts are harder to settle, and you don’t quite have the space to reset.
This is the space I work in.
I'm a coach, guide, and long-time yogi devoted to helping highly sensitive, high-achieving people create more peace, awareness, and steadiness in their everyday lives.
Today, I work with people who are often holding a great deal. They're capable, self-motivated, and used to showing up for everything and everyone, but internally, something feels off.
My role is to help you slow down, regulate your energy, and reconnect with yourself so you can move through your life with more capacity, clarity, ease, and trust.
A big part of this work is creating support both internally and in your environment. Your space matters. When your home feels aligned and supportive, it becomes easier to feel that way within yourself.
Some people are wired to push and perform. Others are meant to soften so they can increase their capacity.
If doing more isn't working the way it used to, there is a different way forward; one that supports your energy, your nervous system, and the life you’re trying to create.
Valerie's story
Before stepping into this work, I was a business co-owner in a fast-paced restaurant franchise. I know what it’s like to hold a lot, move quickly, and stay in “go mode” for long periods of time; all while looking like I had it together on the outside.
At the time, I was doing all the “right” things; staying fit, showing up, pushing through, and keeping everything moving. But eventually, my body gave out in a way I couldn’t ignore. I was dealing with serious physical pain and limitations that forced me to slow down and reevaluate the way I was living.
That experience taught me something important: success doesn’t always create ease. It also taught me how to soften productively; to stop pushing through and start listening to what my body, energy, and life were asking for.
Over the last 25+ years, I’ve studied and taught yoga, meditation, breathing practices, energy work, and environmental alignment. Today, I blend the spiritual and the practical to help people return to themselves and create alignment among their mind, body, and home.
